Rescheduling and cancelling.

Cancelation and Lack of access to the House.

At Vanessa’s Cleaning Services, we value our team’s time and effort. To ensure efficient and respectful service for all our clients, we have established the following policy

1. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice

• If a client cancels their service with less than 72 hours notice, a $45 fee will be charged as compensation for the team’s reserved time.

2. Lack of access to the House

• If our team arrives at the property on the scheduled date and time but is unable to access the home due to the client’s absence or lack of access, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

These measures are necessary to ensure the stability of our team, which relies on these payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Termination of service requires 1 week before your next scheduled service if we do not receive at least a week client is responsible for the service fee along with late or cancellation fees. Invoice will be provided will all due fees. After deep cleaning is complete you need to be with us at least 3 months. if you are not 100% satisfy you can disregard this agreement..

We proudly guarantee our work, our customers are important to us. When we clean your home, we treat it as if it was our very own, we want to make sure you are happy, please call us within 24 hours after service and we will resolve your concerns. If you believe we did an outstanding job please leave us a review on google and Facebook page.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the end of service.
  • Cash , checks, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards (please note: a 3% processing fee applies)
  •  Any retuned checks client will be responsible for the extra fees.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule move in/out or deep cleaning. If you want to cancel or reschedule the cleaning deposit is non refundable. You will have to make a $100 dollar deposit to schedule new cleaning day. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. This is deducted from your total.
  • Deposits must be paid before confirmed booking.
  • Once deposit is paid your appointment will be secured. The remaining balance is due immediately upon arrival.
